What we do
Sometimes removal is the only responsible option - a tree that's dead, diseased beyond recovery, structurally unsafe, or simply in the wrong place. Our team handles tree removal safely and efficiently, whether there's acres of open space for directional felling or a tight backyard that requires piece-by-piece dismantling. We assess every exit route, use rigging to protect your property, and leave the stump ready for grinding or removal.
Directional felling
Controlled felling where there's enough open space - using wedges, felling cuts and hinge wood for precision.
Sectional dismantling
Trees in confined spaces are dismantled in sections, lowered by ropes to avoid any damage.
Crane-assisted removal
For very large or high-risk trees over buildings, we can arrange crane-assisted removal.
Emergency storm damage
If a tree has fallen or is at immediate risk, we offer rapid-response removal within 24 hours.
Pricing note: Price depends mainly on size and access. As a rough guide: small trees (under 6m) typically range €150-€350; medium trees (6-12m) range €350-€700; large trees (over 12m) can run €700-€1,500+, especially where dismantling or crane access is needed. Emergency storm-damage callouts are charged at a premium due to rapid response. All quotes are free and no-obligation.

Frequently asked
- Do I need permission to remove a tree?
- Not for most garden trees, but trees under a TPO or in a conservation area need permission - we check this first.

- Using sectional dismantling - taking the tree down piece by piece with ropes and rigging to avoid damage to your property.
- What happens to the tree afterwards?
- We can chip the wood on-site, remove it, or leave logs for firewood if you'd like to keep them.
- Will you remove the stump too?
- Stump grinding can be added as part of the same job or booked separately.
- How quickly can you remove a dangerous tree?
- We prioritise safety hazards and can usually attend within days, sooner in emergencies.
- Are you insured for tree removal work?
- Yes, we carry full public liability insurance for all felling and dismantling work.
