What we do
Blocked gutters are one of the most common causes of damp and rot in Irish homes. Leaves, moss and silt build up quickly in our wet climate, and when water cannot flow away it soaks into walls and foundations. We clean gutters and downpipes thoroughly, clear the outlets and check the whole system for damage. We also clean and refresh fascias and soffits, which are often overlooked until they are badly stained. Regular gutter maintenance is a small job that saves you from very expensive repairs.

- How much does gutter cleaning cost?
- Gutter cleaning for an average house costs between €80 and €200 depending on the length of guttering and how badly blocked it is. Fascias and soffits are included or quoted separately depending on the job.
- How often should gutters be cleaned in Ireland?
- We recommend cleaning gutters at least twice a year, usually in spring and autumn. With our trees and rainfall, gutters block faster here than almost anywhere else in Europe.
- Can blocked gutters really cause damp inside the house?

- Yes - we use ladders with stabilisers, and for higher eaves we use access equipment where needed. Our crews are experienced working at height and follow all safety guidelines.

- Yes - we clean fascias and soffits as part of the job, removing algae, dirt and streaking so the front of your home looks well again.
- How long does gutter cleaning take?
- Most houses are done in one to two hours. We work quickly and tidy, and you will see the difference from the ground as soon as the job is done.
