- Clay brick paving typically costs between €70 and €110 per square metre installed, depending on the brick and the preparation required. We will give you an exact quote after visiting the site.
- How long will my brick driveway take to lay?
- Most brick driveways take between 3 and 7 days, depending on size, pattern and weather. We will confirm the schedule before we begin.
- Is clay brick suitable for a driveway that takes heavy use?
- Yes, quality clay pavers are very hard-wearing and stand up well to cars and vans. Laid on the right base they will last for decades with little upkeep.
- Does brick paving need planning permission?
- Smaller driveways on existing hardstanding usually do not require permission, but it depends on the area and any changes to drainage. We can point you in the right direction before work starts.
- How do I look after brick paving?
- Clay brick needs very little maintenance - a brush down and a rinse now and then keeps it looking its best. If a brick is ever damaged it can be lifted and replaced without disturbing the rest.
